| Description: | By the 2004 fiscal year, the HP committee has taken the
lead and has undertaken various kinds of enterprises, such as the
renewal of HP, PDF of a publication, and the creation of a database.
The newly launched archives project is the result and promotes this
enterprise. The contents of the enterprise are as follows. (1) Renew the design of the HP. (2) Periodical renewal of the HP. (3) New creation of an English-language edition HP. |

| Description: | This is a project which changes into electronic
information various kinds of data about urban culture and releases
it, cooperating with three projects in Osaka, China, and Southeast
Asia. The enterprise scheduled for this year is as follows: (1) Global base: Information, such as aerial photographs, Japanese old maps, and sound environment, will change into electronic information, and this information is included in a global base which is a joint research database. (2) Photograph collections of Sadajiro Ueda (3) A database about the data of Kamagasak. (4) A database of reference data about China (5) A Shanghai map database (6) In addition to these, the information which each project offers is changed into electronic information. |
